Summary:We are looking for a smart, ambitious and collaborative product manager who is excited to join a rapidly growing SaaS company. This product manager will work specifically on data and reporting initiatives, which are critical for helping our customers run their businesses. Responsibilities:Develop a product vision/strategy for our reporting and dashboard platform into a well-sequenced roadmap and ensure that our roadmap evolves as we learn and adjust our business goalsSpeak with customers to gather data to analyze and leverage when prioritizing features, tickets and ongoing plans – be the voice of the customer in all reporting-related meetings Prioritize the backlog and lead team planning sessions to organize and sequence the workWrite clear user stories and work collaboratively with engineering to deliver desired business outcomesEstablish clear goals and data-backed hypotheses to testSupport sales objective through presentations and demonstration assistance, special calls and event supportOversee product support team preparedness as it relates to the PM’s productsPerform metric collection, analysis and presentation to report on project product progress Requirements & Qualifications: 3+ years of product management experienceExperience developing reporting or business intelligence tools strongly preferredExperience acquiring and analyzing data needed to inform priorities and roadmap creationExperience gathering, analyzing and prioritizing customer feedbackDemonstrated track record of successful management of product development execution from vision, to deployment and ongoing impact optimizationComfortable working closely with engineers and have experience with agile development processMedia/advertising industry knowledge a plus, but must be able to become an industry expert through curiosity, drive, experimentation and working with customers and internal resourcesProvide examples of success in aligning a vision and execution across different functional organizations in highly matrixed environments Domain expertise in media, programmatic, adtech and/or martech industries desiredPossess analytical and metrics-driven executive abilitiesStrong communication skills Proven success in working cross-functionallyEmpathetic with users, customers and co-workersPositive, team-focused attitude toward software development Working Conditions:Constantly involves sitting, using hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/handle items Involves light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of primarily administrative nature May be exposed to moderate noise levels (i.e. computers, printers, or light traffic) May be required to work occasionally in evenings and/or weekends May require occasional travel The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this job.
