The Kronos Workforce Central Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the performance and reliability of the Kronos Workforce Central System, Workforce Integration Management (WIM) Interface files, as well as other components. The person in this role will provide daily operational production support. A solid technical and application understanding/aptitude of the Kronos workflow/data handling needs associated with Time & Attendance and Staff Scheduling. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with very strong organizational, problem solving and follow through skills with attention to detail and precision. The position will require strong communication and collaboration skills in working with leadership and staff levels.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum five (5) years’ experience with Kronos Workforce Central, preferably in a healthcare setting, and have strong knowledge of the interaction between all Kronos Modules. This person should possess proven reporting and analytical skills, customer services skills, and ability to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment.
