CORE RESPONSIBILITY:

The Senior Marketing Manager will manage all marketinginitiatives (digital/PR/social/traditional media), team members andcommunication across multiple channels along with vendor relationships toensure the on-time, on-budget delivery and profitable launch ofprojects/initiatives.

KEY IMPACT ITEMS:
  • Ensure daily workflow, schedules and projectdeadlines are being met as defined by DOSM, GM and Corporate VP for both thehotel and the restaurant(s)
  • Manage efforts with vendors/brands to ensuretask completion and deadline/budgets are being met
  • Manage DSA (digital storefront audit) processincluding agency action plans
  • Identify hotel support training opportunitiesand provide on-going maintenance, + pull-through on all brand required contentand resources
  • Management of reporting/metrics to review withDOSM, GM and Corporate VP
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends andbrand requirements
KEY METRICS:
  • Initiatives completed on-time and on-budgetwhile driving a positive ROI
  • Green or better hotel balanced scorecard
  • Successful opening by achieving RAMP Targets andMilestones (as assigned)
