You Will: Manage marketing campaigns and activities across digital channels, with a strong focus on organic content delivery Plan, create, implement, and oversee all campaigns, including creative, copy, and landing pages Own the process for iterative testing to optimize the performance of campaigns and content Continuously test and optimize messaging, content, creative, and user funnels Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing across email, content, and social Drive conversions through a diverse range of digital channels Create technology-oriented, disruptive marketing programs that focus on client and candidate acquisition and brand awareness You Have: Expert proficiency in Hubspot Proven experience in growth or acquisition marketing, with a track record of planning and executing customer acquisition strategies across owned, earned, and paid marketing channels Experience working in B2B space Fluency in all digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and online display media Hands-on experience with Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter Ads, Google/Microsoft Advertising Network (Bing), Customer Acquisition, Cohort Analysis, Google Analytics, and other analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights, and recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals Email marketing experience including creating, segmenting, and optimizing for engagement Experience acquiring consumers in highly targeted segments and specialized industry verticals In-depth experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Logistics: 40 hours per week Onsite, Manhatten office
