Overview

A 2nd Line Support Engineer is now required to join a leading Public Sector Technology Company near to Leeds Strain Station.

The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will have excellent research skills to solving resolutions to complex issues. Working in an ITIL Environment the 2nd Line Support Engineer will be supporting 2,500 PC/ Desktop users working in a Windows Environment. My client is looking for someone who has fantastic interpersonal and communication skills and able to talk to both technical and non-technical users through their issues and resolutions.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have good experience with resolving 2nd line issues with the following;

– Windows 7 – 10

– O365

– MS Exchange

– Active Directory

– Group Policy

– DNS

– DHCP

– Any Application Packaging knowledge would be advantageous.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer can expect an initial 6 Month contract, working standard office hours Monday – Friday.
