The Senior Business Report Developer functions under the direction of the IT
The Senior BI/Report Developer provides advanced system level support of multi-
user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software,
and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training,
maintenance, and end user support of complex systems. Requires advanced
knowledge of systems analysis. In-depth knowledge of project management
concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning
sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able
to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity. The Senior
Application Analyst works closely with project leaders on all aspects of
project planning to meet project deadlines.
Promotes excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure
the success of all software applications. Works with outside departments to
promote, educate and train on current applications. Works with other members of
the Information Systems staff, clinical and operational departments and other
WHS personnel to accomplish the goals established for the project.
As an integral member of our team, the Business Intelligence (BI) Report
Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation and
support of mission-critical Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
Working with cross-functional teams, you will gather and document reporting
requirements to meet business needs. Using your skills and experience as a BI
Report Developer, you will translate those requirements to design, develop,
test and implement reporting solutions. Participate in system upgrades, user
acceptance testing and subject matter expert training, administration of
various reporting tools, in order to deliver effective reporting solutions.
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor s Degree preferred or a minimum of 7
years experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.
Required Minimum Experience: Minimum of 7 years work experience in technology
and/or healthcare or related industry.
Must be able to triage requests, define requirements, design, develop, test,
and deploy moderately complex and highquality reporting solutions that meet
current and future foreseeable user needs of the organization.
Ability to lead information gathering sessions with customers across WellStar.

* Epic Certification or proficiency in 2 or more Clarity Data Models.
* Epic Reporting Workbench and Radar Dashboards, Slicer Dicer proficiency
and experience preferred.
* Experience with support, development and administration of SAP BOE,
Universes, Webi and Cubes.
* Able to develop the reports independently based on the business
