The Legal Technology .NET Software Engineer role offers hands-on development in a broad technology stack serving the Wells Fargo Legal department to develop key business functionality. Responsibilities include:

The Full Stack C#.net Software Engineer’s responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Acts as key technical engineering resource to agile team in .Net-centric web development, testing, and implementation process across multiple high-profile business transformation technology initiatives
  • Support current and future initiatives including development, testing and production support activities
  • Work with onshore and offshore teams on the design and implementation of Legal Technology using state of art design and implementation techniques
  • Assures quality, maintainability, and extensibility for supported applications
  • Effectively communicate application/data design to other members of the team to ensure feature delivery meets business needs
  • Support ongoing ETL efforts for Development, QA and Production environments
  • Ability to support current applications during off business hours
  • Pays attention to details and has strong communication skills both in verbal and written and the ability to communicate effectively with peers and business users
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
  • Actively participate in Peer review of development team code

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of application development experience with ASP.NET(C#)
  • 5 + years of experience with front end frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • 5+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI and/or Angular JS)
  • 5 + years of experience with SQL Server including, but not limited to, queries, views, stored procedures, indexes, functions, or triggers

Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5 + years of SQL Server SSIS, SSRS and SSAS experience
  • 5+ years of C#.NET experience
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • 5 + years of Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework
  • 1+ year of Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) experience
  • 1+ year of IIS experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Proven software development experience with secure coding concepts
  • Experience creating relevant SDLC documentation/deliverables as part of standard project implementations (architecture & design documents, deployment diagrams, source code, scripts, any necessary documentation, etc.)
  • 2+ years of Legal, Compliance or financial services systems experience
