Kforce’s client, a well-established and growing technology firm in Burlington, VT is in search of a motivated and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer (Tier III). Summary: In this role, you will assist customers in resolving complex technical problems via telephone and remote support tools. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and display solid technical competency, instinctive business acumen, and a strong understanding of how to support our customer needs using a variety of technologies.

Job Requirements:


  • Demonstrated Tier III support experience
  • Expertise in Windows Desktop Support
  • Knowledge of Window Server Operating Systems
  • Experience with Office 365 Management and Support
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Virtualization
  • Knowledge of cloud technology (AWS or Azure)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
