Mandatory Qualifications/Skills/ Education :
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to fill a full time position within the Global Compensation Systems Team. The QA Engineer will work alongside developers to ensure new code and functionality has been fully tested.
The Compensation Systems Team is responsible for maintaining systems used for compensating the client sales organization, as well as building and maintaining tools used by our internal teams to perform their job functions.
Perform QA testing for changes to Xactly Incent and various internal tools
Coordinate with development team to understand business requirements
Prepare and execute test plans within Agile methodology
Capture and document test results
Execute monthly smoke and regression testing
Strong testing skills. Ability to create test scripts, set up test data, and execute test cycles
Experience working with IT development staff on complex projects
Experience using Xactly Incent or similar compensation system
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Education & Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of testing experience is required. 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required; Finance or Information Technology is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is preferred
