The Pension Risk Transfer business at MassMutual is undergoing
significant growth and represents a key component of the company s
business strategy. We provide plan design, ongoing plan administration
and consulting services for qualified defined benefit retirement
plans. With the growth, we are focused on investing in tools and
technology to help further scale our operations to meet customer
needs. This position will be a leadership role in the organization and
will be looked to for driving our key improvements while ensuring that
our customer commitments are met with exceptional quality. Must have
the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining all
service and quality standards.
This role will be an individual contributor directly reporting to Head
of PRT Operations.
To help us achieve our mission, we are hiring a PRT Digital and
Workflow Strategy Consultant to join our team.
What great looks like in this role
Our ideal PRT Digital and Workflow Strategy Consultant is someone who
has significant experience leading a team through change, designing a
future state with input from internal and external customers, ability
to handle multiple initiatives, excellent verbal and written
communication skills, process improvement and metrics oriented.
You ll use your skills to help transform our offerings to our
customers to include best in class digital capabilities, self-serve
transactions and support tools to educate and guide them through their
retirement as it relates to their pension benefits. Developing overall
strategy, prioritization of initiatives, ongoing assessments,
understanding of competitor landscape and how our capabilities compare
will be expected. This role will also have exposure to multiple areas
of the Institutional solutions business as well as external facing
partnerships with our clients and intermediaries.
Objectives of this role
* Design and manage our PRT Digital Roadmap, including determination
of business processes in scope, prioritization, timing and
communications. Partner with our Digital Experience and Technology
teams to execute on strategy.
* Work with our Operations Teams for subject matter expertise
* Responsible for change management and communications

* Partner with stakeholders and customers
* Communicate to our senior leadership
* Establish monthly delivery goals and metrics to measure against
our long-term strategy
