Position Summary This position entails developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft???s Dynamics Power Platform. This position is primarily responsible for designing and developing an enterprise solution and providing leadership to other team developers. ??? Provide technical oversight to a team of developers ??? Translate business requirements into intuitive software solutions ??? Participate within an Agile (Scrum) development team ??? Collaborate with fellow IT and software developers while building knowledge base ??? Participate in technical design discussion and hands-on solution implementation ??? Keep a critical eye on new design specifications and raise quality, performance or architectural concerns ??? Lead a team of software developers working to deliver quality software on schedule ??? Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems Responsibilities: ??? Supporting existing applications ??? Trouble shooting ??? Bridge between business and programmers ??? Manage New and existing development Job Qualifications and Requirements: ??? Experience developing canvas and model driven PowerApps utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community ??? Experience using multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Flow, and preferably create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow ??? Experience re-engineering custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions ??? Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality ??? Experience designing database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.) ??? Experience integrating Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps ??? Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit & integration testing ??? Able to communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members ??? Support cross-functional project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and information security ??? Knowledge of PowerApps and Flow licensing plans and features included in different plans ??? Strong oral and written communication skills are a must ??? High energy, proactive and approachable personality who enjoy solving diverse problems ??? Proven problem solving abilities and creative thinking ??? Ability to positively interact with all members of development team ??? Self-starter capable of working on small teams in a fast-paced environment ??? Bachelor???s degree in Computer Science or M.S. in Computer Science ??? Outstanding troubleshooting and technical support skills ??? Excellent communication skills ??? Familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle methodology including specification, documentation and testing, and scheduling Desired Skills: ??? Experience working with Agile methodology and self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic environment ??? Experience with PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions and REST services ??? DevOps Azure DevOps, CI CD, Unit UI Testing ??? Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines ??? Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps ???
