Kforce has a client who is seeking a Product Manager to join their digital product management team. Summary: They are looking for someone who is passionate about developing digital experiences to delight and drive the lifetime value of their customers. In this role, you will plan and implement digital features to enhance their Commerce and Marketing Automation (Email & SMS) platforms. You will drive all aspects of product development from discovery to launch and will constantly look for ways to improve customer experience, share your ideas, and take action to deliver positive outcomes.
3+ years of experience in product management supporting an eCommerce business
Experience with marketing automation a plus (and preferred)
Collaborative, positive, energetic and hands-on team player
Demonstrated success collaborating with business partners, vendors, UX designers and engineers
Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills
Ability to manage complex builds through thoughtful prioritization and discipline
Flexibility to quickly adapt in a rapidly changing environment, meeting aggressive schedules
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, fast growing start-up like environment
