Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

The digital project coordinator will be responsible for executing a variety of digital marketing tactics to help our clients achieve their goals. They will assist the digital marketing specialist in project coordination and day-to-day execution of a variety of initiatives to include paid social media, search engine marketing, PPC campaigns, email marketing and digital content creation. We are looking for someone who is equally creative and analytical in efforts to generate web traffic, secure qualified leads and improve email open rates.

Monitor multiple client PPC and display digital advertising campaigns
Draft Google Ad copy that meets Google specifications and aligns with campaign keyword analysis
Develop and implement paid social media advertising on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other emerging channels
Work in marketing automation software, including participating in the development of landing pages, emails and workflows
Create drip email campaigns to reach client goals for lead generation
Analyze email campaigns through post campaign reports and A/B testing
Create meaningful data segmentation across market to tailor campaign and program messages for unique audiences
Identify digital marketing trends and suggest creative ways to implement them in our work
Contribute to the brainstorming process and idea generation on digital projects
Understand larger communication strategies by working collaboratively with other teams
Ensure deadlines and goals are reached for digital marketing and social media campaigns
Participate in client meetings, document discussions and enter tasks into project management system
Utilize organic social media campaigns for e-commerce efforts
Curious, collaborative and creative by nature
Thrive in a high-energy environment with the ability to easily switch from one project to the next
Top notch organization and project management skills
Keen sense of all social media channels and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other emerging platforms
Utilization of Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media campaign management tools and ecommerce platforms
Experience with at least one email marketing platform, Klayvio is a plus
Experience creating reports and dashboards for monthly reporting
Knowledge of CRM platforms
Knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS a plus
Graphic design experience a plus
Understanding or training in marketing automation software such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, SharpSpring or HubSpot a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field
