We offer paid training and set schedules with flexible shifts available. Part-Time and Full-Time shifts available.

What you will need:

You must have access to a dedicated, quiet workspace
Comfortable and able to provide phone support
Strong data entry/typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
Make good judgment decisions in accordance with policies and procedures.
Well-rounded technology capability and reliable internet connection to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly.
