FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, PLEASE APPLY TO As a Road Call Center Agent, you will: Assist drivers over the phone and via other communication devices with technical questions pertaining to the breakdown or damage of equipment. Determine the appropriate steps to ensure both the driver and equipment are safely removed from the road, if necessary. Examine locations of maintenance facilities to determine which would be closest to the site of the breakdown. Communicate with operations department to reassign load to ensure on-time delivery. Obtain estimates, provide repair approvals and update repair statuses. Issue payments to vendors as needed. * We are looking for someone with proficient computer skills, excellent communication, and previous call center experience. This position requires quick thinking and problem solving. Previous mechanical experience is a plus but is not required.
