Duties Summary Due to the Pandemic, and individual states with different phases of reopening, the selectee s report date to the official duty station/facility may be delayed until such time as employees are allowed to report to the workplace. The person selected may telework up to the maximum extent possible, up to and including full time, until it is safe to relocate. Qualifications Requirements Reference OPMs Group coverage Qualification Standard for Administrative and Management QUALIFY AT THE FV-I (FG/GS-13) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H (FG/GS-12) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE may include but is not limited to: Experience collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and verifying aeronautical data for safe operations in a public, private, or military operations aviation environment; experience using a computer and various applications (e.g. web browser, email communication, data analytics, data visualization, spreadsheets) with little direction or additional training; experience in data management and analytics to create data models and reports.ANDA selective placement factor (SPF) is a knowledge, skill or ability (KSA) or competency essential to perform the duties of a position. Candidates who do not possess the SPF are rated ineligible/ not qualified and will not receive further consideration for the position.SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: Ability to apply data analytics in an aviation environment ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), standards, policies and procedures for safe operations in a local, state, federal or military operation aviation environment.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.
