Job Summary: Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for maintaining profitable sales in a full-cycle role from prospecting through close. The position will manage the establishment of profitable and mutually beneficial relationships with customers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders while utilizing clear and concise communication.
Salary: $75,000.00 (Base) + Commission (UPCAPPED)
Location(s): Primarily remote but there is an expectation to come into the office for various activities (e.g. training, onboarding, team events, etc.). Locations are at 335 Steelcase Road East (L3R 1G3) and 61 McPherson Street (L3R 3L3). Both locations are a 5 minute drive away from each other!
Key Responsibilities - Prospecting/Lead Generation:
- Develop new business leads and own sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
- Enhance existing relationships to grow SinaLite's revenue.
- Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book qualifying/quoting meetings with target prospects.
- Establish ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and understand customer buying patterns to focus on quality customers to generate business.
Key Responsibilities - Closing:
- Consultation Skills: Take time to deeply understand customer requirements to offer customized solutions.
- Maximize spend on accounts within your territory.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities.
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation YOY (Year Over Year).
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during the sales cycle.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts.
- Other duties as required.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- University/College graduate – focus on business / sales preferred.
- 2 + years experience in a fast-paced, inside sales environment.
- Understanding of the graphic arts/printing industry is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Know how to read Data and use analytics to identify the right opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
- Must be computer literate and current on new technology.
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
- Have experience in the B2B Space.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools preferred.
