The Marketing Coordinator optimizes technology, ensures a high data quality, and helps colleagues access data to enable smarter decisions. This role assists in marketing analysis, planning, and coordination of content via social media, web, blog, videos and other channels to support our marketing efforts and ultimately attract more students to enroll in Circuit Stream courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Web Properties
- Manage content updates for the website: publish courses, blogs, landing pages, and workshops
- Add new workshop forms, campaign tagging, and creating zaps in Zapier
- Update workshop dates, creatives, hosts, and instructor names
- Schedule and align email messaging pre and post workshop
- Turn past live events into on-demand workshops
- Coordinate QA testing workshop pages and automations for errors
- Promote new workshops and events by posting in Slack, Facebook, and LinkedIn groups as well as other channels
Marketing Data Stewardship
- Assisting with data transferring, streamlining, and uploading prospect lists from various events
- Maintaining marketing properties in HubSpot and ensuring effective visibility into marketing attribution
- Building smart lists in HubSpot for proper segmentation
- Providing support to team with ad-hoc analysis and underlying data as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Previous experience in University studies or internships with Sales or Marketing
- Willingness to learn modern marketing and web automation tools like Zapier
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software
- Experience with Wordpress or other web content management systems
- Up to 2 years previous marketing experience (this is a junior level role)
