The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic Data Science team within the Data & Analytical Services department. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills to improve patient care and enable data driven decision making in healthcare.

In This Role, You Will
- Develop and maintain software applications supporting data science initiatives and healthcare operations
- Collaborate with senior developers and data scientists on innovative projects
- Implement data pipelines for collecting and processing healthcare datasets
- Create APIs for integrating various healthcare systems and data sources
- Contribute to the development of data visualization tools and dashboards
- Participate in code reviews and continuous learning opportunities

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Understanding of web development concepts and frameworks
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Interest in healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes
