By joining Tidio as the first Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building the product marketing team from the ground up, alongside the future Head of Product Marketing. As the PMM, you will take ownership of our customer training program -> https://academy.tidio.com and support our sales and marketing teams with engaging content.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with the CRO to increase awareness of Tidio’s solutions within the target market and enhance customer education.
- Oversee and expand Tidio Academy by creating engaging and informative content, continuously improving the platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Develop compelling case studies, product demos, and customer success stories that effectively showcase the value of our products, ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and tailored to our target audience.
- Equip the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams with the content they need to succeed, including creating sales collateral, presentations, and other supporting resources.
- Serve as a bridge between teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with sales and partnership strategies, and provide the necessary content and support to optimize their performance.
- Drive the automation of customer communication to enhance the customer experience and improve retention, working closely with other teams to align automation efforts with broader business goals.
You are the perfect fit if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS companies in the US market.
- Proven track record in managing educational platforms or customer training programs.
- Experience in creating compelling case studies, product demos, and customer success stories.
- Strong background in sales enablement, with a focus on supporting sales, marketing, and partnerships through content.
- Fluency in English at a native speaker level.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, automation, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems.
- Video production experience is a plus.
