We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at one of our sites in London.
Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who place huge value on great food as a key part of their culture and community. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.
We are looking for a positive, honest and reliable employee to join our friendly and hardworking team. We can offer good training and prospects within our team for the right candidate.
As our Receptionist you'll:
Be the first point of contact for clients.
Effectively deal with Partners and Associates with their requests in a flexible but professional manner.
Effectively monitor the meeting room and ensure they are kept to company standards, liaising with the catering and concierge team.
Support clients with booking meetings rooms and
Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations.
Opening the meeting space and ensuring that every room is ready for the clients' daily needs
Working 5 days out of 7, 7am - 3:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm, 40 hours per week.
