Product Manager (1 Year FTC)
Location: London (Hybrid with 2 days in the office)
The role
As a key member of the Product Development team, you'll be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy for our Signed user experience, ensuring it remains relevant, user-centric, secure and compliant. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you'll work within a cross-functional team comprised of a product designer, QA and several engineers, closely collaborating with key support functions like Analytics, Architecture, and Marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with the Senior Product Manager to define the strategic direction and objectives for the Signed in user domain, backed by thorough analysis and insights.
- Maintaining a backlog of improvements aligned with overall business goals, prioritizing alongside domain-wide initiative.
- Monitoring and reporting against the products and features within your domain.
- Creating and validating business cases to support product initiatives, including clear articulation of opportunities, costs, and benefits.
- Actively contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing user experiences, both independently and collaboratively.
- Participating in the discovery of initiatives and products, collaborating closely with Designers and Researchers to shape the approach.
- Staying informed about customer motivations and industry insights to inform product decisions.
- Generating innovative ideas and identifying opportunities to drive product innovation within the team.
- Engaging with engineers and architects to understand technical constraints and recommend development options.
- Taking ownership of requirements definition and solution delivery across your product initiatives. Accountable for ensuring solutions are both valuable and viable.
- Working across a broad range of domains to understand how the signed in experience needs to evolve to deliver against the wider business strategy.

- Has a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end software products across all stages of the product management lifecycle.
- Takes ownership of products, leading with an autonomous delivery team.
- Makes data-driven decisions and prioritizes delivering quality software to end users.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Sets and measures clear, realistic, and timely goals. Not afraid of signing up for results, even when this means they must work through others to achieve the necessary results.
- Builds a deep understanding of organizational operations and commercial dynamics.
- Encourages contributions from team members and values diverse input when problem-solving.
- Thinks long-term and drives the vision for the products they manage.
