We are recruiting for a customer focused and enthusiastic professional to join the Shared Services Centre as a Senior Payroll Analyst located in Parramatta, NSW. The role is a 12 month fixed term Maternity Leave position, with possible extension upto 4 months beyond this time.
What You'll Do
End to end processing of company payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis related to super, tax and payments.
Updating and maintaining employee's payroll records
Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc
Calculation and processing of termination payments
Processing increases and calculation of back pays
Maintain employees electronic file with appropriate records to meet legal obligations
Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
This role is a great fit for you, if you have:
Minimum 2 Years' Payroll Experience
A degree / diploma in HR or Accounting (highly desirable)
Intermediate experience using a large Payroll system as well as MS Excel skills
A good understanding of the Australian Legislation for PAYG Tax, Superannuation and Payroll Tax and related compliance obligations

A high attention to detail and are able to prioritise and organise your approach to your work and meet timelines.
