We are looking for a self- motivated Business Manager to lead the industrial team for our Wetherill Park office.
Managing the team you will have the opportunity to grow and develop the team whilst servicing and developing our ever-growing client base. You will be part of the leadership group who come together regularly and set the future direction of the overall business.
Your Day Will Include
- Developing new business opportunities
- Mentoring a team of recruitment consultants and Account Managers
- Strategically managing existing clients
- Managing your P&L
- A hands-on approach managing the day to day operations
- Driving strategic recruitment plans
- Championing a safety culture
What You'll Bring To The Table
- A track record of developing business and providing service excellence
- Strong business acumen
- Recruitment industry experience
- FT 360 experience highly desirable
- The ability to work under pressure
- Communicate and influence effectively
- A genuine passion for labour hire
- The ability to lead from the front
- Be able to network and build relationships
