Job Description
Working under the direct supervision of the Senior Property Manager, the Property Administrator will oversee the administrative and maintenance operations of a property. The Property Administrator is responsible and accountable for administration of property accounts receivable and management of resident accounts. You will provide superior customer service in all interactions with residents.
- Assist in overseeing Tenant Services, Property Administration, Payables and Office Administration
- Provide administrative support for the Senior Property Manager including preparation of notices and other resident correspondence
- Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist the Senior Property Manager to provide process improvements that proactively enhance the customer experience
- Maintain an orderly office area, including proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence
- Assist the Senior Property Manager with collection of delinquent rents
- Answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones and referring inquiries
- Generate work orders as required
- Carry out ad-hoc and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A passion for excellence in customer service delivery
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Detail-oriented; ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense
Minimum Requirements:
- Two or more years’ experience in real estate property administration
- Post-secondary education preferred
