We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing professional with prior experience in a multi-channel marketing position, preferably within a similar organization such as a professional services or financial services firm.
Note: This position is Hybrid for our New York office.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
This role includes management of the US based service lines in coordination with global Marketing leadership team including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with business and service line leaders to develop annual Marketing strategy and plans to drive business development via clearly defined Marketing objectives and tactics.
- Plan, execute and manage integrated Marketing activities that are aligned to strategy and plan. These activities will focus primarily on the Americas, responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with head of content and thought leadership to develop a multi-channel content strategy and calendar including annual jurisdictional and global thought leadership campaigns, reports, and monthly newsletters.
- Shape, plan and execute virtual and live conferences, sponsorships, and firm hosted events, including event scope, content, communications, branding, organization, and execution.
- Elevate practitioner profiles and maximize exposure of Kroll’s brand and thought leadership through public relations activities.
- Manage respective service line web pages and plan digital marketing campaigns with internal Integrated Marketing team including web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.
- Refresh sales tools, pitch decks, slides, case studies and collateral to elevate presentation formats, employing infographics and other data visualizations to showcase key messages. Collaboration with practitioners to identify and translate client issues into go-to-market messages for target audiences and diverse channels.
- Develop and compose all content for email, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Leverage marketing activities generated across the firm and adapt to local markets.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are strategic, determine success metrics, develop best approach to achieve goals and measure performance.
- Develop strong working relationships with service line leaders, the global Marketing team, and external suppliers to facilitate and maximize our marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain mailing list database for the service lines in Salesforce and work closely with the Marketing Segmentation Team on direct email marketing campaigns. Implement lead nurture campaigns that provide relevant content to prospective clients that aligns with their stage in the buyer journey.
- Assist with developing and maintaining the budget. Tracking expenditures, measure and report return on investment and adjust activities accordingly after analysis of key performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of the market landscape and trends, while sharing learnings, best practice and insights with the Marketing team and business stakeholders.
Essential Traits
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Six - eight years of marketing experience with a proven ability to plan and deliver activities across a broad range of channels and audiences. B2B marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - able to listen, analyze and present complex concepts to a variety of audiences, both verbally and through clear written work.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, deal with ambiguity and make independent decisions.
- Strong interpersonal, project management and organization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, while being comfortable working with and challenging stakeholders within the team and the wider business.
- Experience and the desire to work in a collaborative, diverse team environment alongside delivering your individual projects under minimal supervision.
- Creative and innovative, regularly sharing ideas and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Eloqua or comparable software.
- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- The role may require some domestic travel.

The current salary range for this position is $60,000 to $150,000
