Pair Eyewear is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Social to help drive and execute on our ongoing Meta, TikTok, and additional test channels. This role will report to our Director of Paid & Organic Marketing. You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on one of our fastest growing revenue-driving channels in an incredibly collaborative and high-growth environment. Your partners will be marketing, product, data, and design.
What You’ll Do:
- Work in tandem with the Director of Paid & Organic Marketing to develop measurement strategies to understand the net incremental impact of our various campaigns and tactics.
- Own and flesh out our creative testing roadmap, including standing up process and ops for generating new content regularly.
- Deep dive into 1st and 3rd party data sources to mine for key customer and creative insights that inform our next iterations of new customer acquisition strategy.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day bidding and budget optimizations, to ensure we’re moving budgets fluidly across paid channels, depending on where we can see the most incremental returns.
- Stand up new campaign testing structures, betas run in tandem with our platform partners, and even new channel expansion.
- Assist in ideating new integrated marketing campaigns and managing their execution through launch.
Who You Are:
- You have 6+ years experience in paid social strategy and execution for high-growth retail companies.
- You have worked cross functionally across design and data teams.
- You are not afraid to experiment, learn, and try new things – all while focused on prioritizing growing incremental new revenue.
- You have comfort working with raw data sets and extrapolating key insights to drive core channel changes.
- You have a keen eye for creative and messaging and are not afraid to propose changes to copy or creative.
- You care about fostering good relationships with your colleagues.
Need to Have:
- You have at least 6 years of experience at a high-growth retail company or startup.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An eye for good creative and messaging.
- High motor to always be learning and growing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building dashboards within Looker and/or Google Data Studio (if not the willingness to learn with some guidance).
- Writer, creative, or content creator background.
- Experience with other digital marketing channels like paid search, SEO, or even CRM.

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $110,000 - $130,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
