We're seeking a skilled and self-aware ER Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for continuing to foster a positive workplace culture whilst focused on our people and their employment journey within our Sydney HQ.
What does your day look like:
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues for our clients, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and performance management
- Provide expert advice on employment law, policies and procedures
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance engagement and satisfaction scores.
- Stay up to date on employment law changes and industry trends.
What do you need:
- A minimum 3 years in an ER Managers position with strong ER experience.
- Leadership experience
- Degree qualified HR / Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
