What You’ll Do
- Managing the inbound flow of our international articles into the Woolworths DC network
- Collaborate with the Supply Planning Team, Primary Connect, and 3PLs to ensure maximum on-shelf availability & efficient use of DC resources
- Manage and influence storage levels at your DCs & 3PLs to optimise cost and ensure no operational issues arise as a result of DCs being too full
- Manage Stock flow from our 3PLs into our DC network
What You’ll Bring
- A positive attitude and a desire to understand the root cause of situations or problems
- Intermediate administration skills including MS Excel Skills
- Superior relationship management skills in building rapport with peers/stakeholders of all levels and resolving conflict to achieve business outcomes
- Proven experience in negotiating and dealing with stakeholders of different levels to deliver specific outcomes and objectives
- Strong detail orientation and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions to meet business needs
