GenesisCare now has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Market Access Team.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the established Market Access programs and provide high level support to the Market Access team, primarily working alongside the Program Managers and Head of Market Access.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of projects, coordination of day to day running of projects and supporting and mentoring fellow project coordinators.
Reporting through to the Head of Market Access, this role can either be part time or full time on a 12-month maximum term contract, which can be performed from anywhere in Australia.
More Specifically, You Will
- Provide high level project co-ordination and administrative oversight to the Market Access Team, including being proactive and demonstrating initiative through anticipating needs.
- Support the design, implementation and management of the Market Access projects and programs.
- Coordinate and support project timelines and planning, owning all project co-ordination tasks required for the project to be completed successfully. This includes but is not limited to maintaining project databases, managing, and facilitating the flow of all relevant information.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders for coordination of Market Access programs.
- Act as the key conduit between doctors and external providers such as pathology laboratories and partners, with attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently accurate work.
- Ensure daily tracking, documentation and follow up of all active projects (e.g., patient precision medicine test requests).
- Develop reports and summaries as required.
- Lead all administrative functions of the Market Access team such as invoicing, goods receipting and account management.
- Collect all relevant data based on what is required to measure success against KPIs set.
- Work with research teams to ensure any data collection or registry work incorporated is conducted appropriately.
We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have
- At least three years proven experience in providing project coordination.
- Strong passion for patient care and healthcare, with empathy for patients.
- Build effective relationships to ensure streamlined delivery of information.
- Demonstrated project coordination experience in the design and implementation of a project.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise, anticipate needs and action accordingly.
- Ability to engage with clinicians and follow up enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in working with multi-faceted stakeholders to deliver.
- A working knowledge of administration and office systems, including Microsoft, particularly Word, Excel, and SAP.
- Exceptional judgment demonstrated to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in medical terminology (preferred) and good attention to detail.
- Experience in implementing programs would be beneficial.
- The ability to work unsupervised, collaboratively, and able to manage own workload.
- A willingness to travel interstate as required for successful rollout and implementation of projects and work outside of standard hours as needed.
