Account Representative – Financial Institutions
We are looking for a growth-minded individual to join our team of financial institution account managers. The role will responsible for managing a portfolio of financial institutions accounts.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Providing expertise in the areas of foreign exchange and payment solutions.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with clients.
- Processing and helping clients process payments over the phone or online.
- Rate negotiation to secure large value or competitive quotes
- Opportunity discovery and upselling to obtain 100% wallet share.
- Monitoring market conditions.
- Ensure an excellent service delivery and develop growth opportunities within all customer segments to maximize their revenue potential and increase retention.
- Intervene and assist with problematic queries when needed by liaising with business partners and customers.
- Can be Sydney or Melbourne based
You Should Apply If You Have
- Customer focused individual with strong initiative/drive & passion for foreign exchange and payments.
- 3+ years of work experience in financial institutions and/or FX Sales.
- 3+ years’ experience working within the Foreign Exchange industry.
- 3+ years’ experience managing customer relationships.
- Comfortable in person/on the phone with clients to explore their needs and present solutions.
- Pro-active and takes initiative with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving activity, new relationships, opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships while Driving activity for new relationships, opportunities.
- Strong computer skills, including salesforce.com, excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- RG146 Certified (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail.
