We are currently seeking a Recruitment Officer for a state government department in Melbourne on a 3-month temporary contract with full time hours.
This role will provide high quality, customer-centric recruitment and employment services to support the successful delivery of Energy group priorities.
The Role
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Deliver high quality, customer-centric recruitment and employment services.
- Provide responsive advice to Energy staff on a range of recruitment and employment-related issues in line with policy and procedural requirement.
- Collaborate with divisions to co-ordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Use initiative to identify improvements to workforce processes and procedures.
Skills And Experience Required
- A demonstrated understanding in human resources and recruitment.
- Experience recruiting in the government or NFP sector.
- National police check completed within the last six months or willingness to obtain.
