We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Payroll Assistant. You will support the accurate and timely processing of our international payrolls. You will be primarily responsible for collating templates for upload by our outsourced payroll providers, according to each country’s payroll cycle.
You will work in a small, busy team supporting the Global Head of Payroll in accurately and timely processing of salaries across multiple payrolls (UK, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Australia and Malaysia) ensuring compliance with regulations, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Main Responsibilities Include
- Collate and submit payroll data to the outsourced payroll provider for all international payrolls
- Produce and validate exception reports to check for anomalies
- Ensuring that payroll related queries are investigated and resolved effectively
- Regularly auditing and reconciling payroll data, correcting discrepancies.
- Collaborating with HR and other departments to provide excellent customer service.
- Supporting the Auto Enrolment pension process and dealing with pension providers
Experience Required
- Experience with UK payroll and auto enrolment pension schemes
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of excel
- Provide reliable consistent support delivered on time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
