We are searching for a Head Chef to lead a small gastro pub kitchen with fresh food, where you would have complete menu control. If you’re dedicated to crafting exquisite dishes and have a flair for creativity, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
- All aspects of Kitchen Management
- Ensure that the kitchen functions efficiently and compliantly at all times
- Ensure that all food cooked and served is of a high quality
- Flexible hours but weekends essential
Skills:
- Appropriate industry knowledge and experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ideally minimum one year’s previous experience in a similar role
The Package:
- 28 days holiday per annum, including bank holidays

- Quarterly Performance Bonuses based on KPI’s
- Wednesday to Sunday working week, early finish Sunday's
