Our Commercial Lines team is excited to be adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to one of our South Western Ontario offices . Reporting to the Director of Commercial Lines, this role supports and develops the overall performance of their team, while maximizing efficiency and fostering an effortless client experience.

Client & Company Support: Answer inquiries from clients and insurance companies, delivering prompt and professional support.
Policy Management: Handle endorsements, renewals, and policy updates with an eye for accuracy.
Relationship-Building: Connect with clients to discuss renewals, provide quotes, and explore new business opportunities.
Claims & Billing Assistance: Help clients through claims and billing questions to make their experience as smooth as possible.
Teamwork & Support: Licenses & Certifications: RIBO license required; CAIB or equivalent designation preferred, or a willingness to pursue it (we’ll support you every step of the way).
