We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to play an important role in the next stage of growth for our award-winning marketing division, specializing in branded merchandise, creative design, and e-commerce technology. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts within the promotional products industry. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the promotional products market
Monitor market trends and industry activities to identify growth opportunities
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in the CRM system (commonsku)
Post-Secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role
Strong understanding of promotional products and the customization process is an asset
Must hold a valid Driver’s License with clean driving abstract
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with commonsku is an asset
Experience with B2B sales and managing large client accounts is preferred
Knowledge of current trends and innovations in the promotional products industry is an asset
Full-time, salary-based compensation with additional commission and performance-based bonus opportunities
~2 weeks paid vacation, plus paid personal time off while office is closed between Christmas and New Year's
