The Business Development Manager will have an entrepreneurial spirt and a drive for operational excellence. This role reports to the Director of Business Development, who is based in New York City, and will sit with the Business Partnerships team in Toronto.
The salary for the Business Development Manager will be in the CAD$50K-$60K range.

Playing a support role in orchestrating development of new-business pitches
Jumping into new business opportunities quickly and effectively
Leading RFP development in collaboration with agency teams
Supporting Business Development efforts in building project plans, timelines, and deliverables through consulting with key stakeholders and team leads
Approximately 1-3 years of related Business Development/Account Management or Project Management in an advertising agency or similar industry/environment
Demonstrated track record of client relationship development
Ability to add structure and process when project plan is unclear/undefined
Ability to put conversations into action and keep projects moving forward
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to balance multiple projects at once and prioritize based on needs and timelines
We are currently following a hybrid work model and come together in our Toronto office 3x a week (Tuesdays thru Thursdays). Due to the nature of our work and business, there may be requirements to be on-site/at clients, on any given day, and employees acknowledge this as a priority. Our office is located downtown at King & Berkeley, and candidates should be within commutable distance to the office.
