Responsibilities
The Contract Administrator (CA) will lead the management of the Contract Life Cycle through
the pre‐award phase to the award milestone.
Manage service contracts that have supply component unl mobilizaon to site.
Assemble RFP documentaon, recommendaon, evaluaon the risk, quality, cost and
delivery of the services.
Coordinate the bid evaluaon process, clarificaon sessions working with Project
Leads, Engineers, Construcon professionals, Safety Coordinators and others.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with the Contractor for Commercial and
contract related issues during the pre‐award phase.
In conjuncon with the Site Contracts Administrator, administer contracts and
documentaon relang to correspondence, review meengs, invoicing/payments,
insurance, liability, potenal claims/disputes.
In conjuncon with the Project leaders, chair contract kick‐off meengs with
Contractors and parcipate in regular progress meengs.
Guide and support internal customers in the implementaon and ongoing
management of contracts as required.
Manage the performance of contracted suppliers to ensure compliance to contract
terms and condions, SOW and HSE.
Ensure all contract documentaon is up to date and filed in the appropriate electronic
register and hard copy filing system.
Ensure that the contract log is updated and maintained for the contracts assigned to
the individual Contract Administrator.
Aest/approve Contractor invoices against SOW and established procedures for supply
components of service contracts unl contractor mobilizaon.
Review processed Change Orders and ensure that Purchase orders are updated to
reflect revised contract values.
Review areas of responsibility with a view to connuously improving systems and
processes and minimizing costs wherever possible.
Qualifications
Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
