About Our Role

The Associate Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team by sourcing technical candidates, maintaining our candidate pipeline, and performing various administrative and reporting functions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for recruiting and a keen eye for detail, looking to grow their career in HR and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other online platforms.
Assist in developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Help maintain and update our candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely communication with candidates.
Create and maintain reports and analytics on the performance of talent and sourcing acquisition activities.
Track and analyze key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and system housekeeping.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of candidate and recruitment data within our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative role is advantageous, but not required.
Understanding of technology, programming, and IT consulting work is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to daily endeavors
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of talent acquisition.
